Purpose: This study was conducted to survey knowledge, depression, and quality of life of mothers with hemophilic children, and to provide basic data for a health promoting intervention improving their quality of life.

Results also showed a positive relationship between quality of life and knowledge (r=.45, p<.001) and a negatives relationship between quality of life and depression (r=-.41, p<.001).
